Simple beta refund rules for lecture pack orders.

Important beta refund notice

Refunds are eligible before the final files are delivered. Once your customized lecture pack has been delivered by email, refunds are generally not available except for duplicate payment, failed delivery, or clear technical issues.

Full refund before delivery

If you request a refund before your final lecture pack files are delivered by email, you are eligible for a full refund, even if manual preparation has already started.

After delivery

Because delivered lecture packs are customized digital study materials, refunds are generally not available after the final files have been delivered.

Exceptions after delivery

We may still review refund requests after delivery in cases such as duplicate payment, failed delivery, corrupted files, or a clear technical issue that prevents access to the delivered pack.

If there is an issue with your pack

If your pack has a formatting issue, missing section, or delivery problem, contact support and we will try to fix or resend the pack.

Monthly beta

Monthly beta access can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Refunds for already-delivered monthly lecture packs are generally not available.

Processing time

Refund requests are reviewed manually during beta. Response times may vary.
