Common support topics
I did not receive the upload form
Check your email inbox, spam, and promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, email support with your checkout email, lecture title, and a short description of the issue.
I uploaded the wrong lecture
Email support as soon as possible with your checkout email, lecture title, and a short description of the issue. If manual preparation has not been finalized yet, we will use the correct file.
My PDF is too large
Compress the PDF if possible, or upload it through the form link if supported. If it still fails, contact support and we will provide an alternative upload method.
I did not receive my pack yet
Most beta packs are delivered within 24-48 hours after checkout and upload. If it has been longer than 48 hours, email support with your checkout email, lecture title, and a short description of the issue.
I have a refund question
Refunds are eligible before final files are delivered by email. After delivery, refunds are generally limited to duplicate payments, failed delivery, corrupted files, or clear technical issues.
I found an error in the generated material
Active Recall Engine Beta is a study aid, so all material must be verified. If you find an error, email support with your checkout email, lecture title, and a short description of the issue.
